Su-Fern Lee

Fern is a Solicitor in the Commercial Property department.

Fern graduated in Law from the University College London. She was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1998 and thereafter she was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1999. Fern has practised in Singapore in construction and commercial litigation. She qualified as a solicitor in the UK in 2007 training in commercial property and joined Carter Lemon Camerons as an assistant solicitor in the Commercial Property team.

Her work involves sales and purchases - frequently as part of a team on high-value and portfolio transactions - and the drafting and negotiation of business leases, including the telecommunications industry. Fern also advises on a range of landlord and tenant matters.
