Dealing with the Charity Commission
We have extensive experience in dealing with the Charity Commission in all aspects of its work. In its regulatory capacity we act for the churches defending criticism from the Charity Commission for the way the church (which is of course a charity) has been running its affairs, or perhaps against accusations that the church trustees are in breach of their trust in some way.
We can assist in applying for schemes to release trust money where the objects of an old trust have, over the years, become impossible to fulfil, or for schemes to empower trustees to spend trust money where no provisions for its final expenditure are given in the trust deed. |
