We have followed and advised NHS bodies on aspects of the Government's white papers and the implications of statutes as they are being passed through parliament. 

We have provided advice on payments to GPs under the GMS and PMS contracts, particularly in relation to the funding of new premises or improving existing ones, and on pilot schemes. We advise on APMS contracts and sub-contracting and keep abreast of developments, advising on potentially contentious issues.

The need to consider guidance issued by the Government departments, including publications such as the Estatecode and the directions as well as following current political thinking, are recognised and taken into account.
